No body to answer phone calls the email is no good The last order I got screwed out to 5 boxes of 23 guage 1 inch needles They never made it I tried to call numerous times and leave messages to no avail order number #163738 Tim smith 360 Hamilton blvd Griffin ga 30224 678-326-3461 Call me tomorrow give me tracking numbers for these 5 boxes or I’m going Monday to my bank to dispute the charges and try to get a full refund The bottom line is answer the phone when a customer calls and have a legitimate email address that works Look at my previous orders with you they were big and this is what I get no customer service at ALL

im missing 3 boxes of 29 g insulin seringes. I've written about this but got no response. my order number is 163873...please correct this. i'm a repeat customer. at least write back or refund my money for what you didn't send

For the amount of money that I paid for shipping I thought it would’ve been delivered faster. Almost $15 for a small, light package and it took almost a week to get here.

I attempted to talk to customer service through email and they were slow to respond and didn't answer my questions.

I am a regular customer of this company and will start looking elsewhere since this is the 3rd time they did not timely deliver my order. Don't pay for priority mail, as it takes them up to 3 days to mail out the product you order. Although they claim it will be mailed the same day you order, its rarely the case. Too many issues with keeping products in stock and timely mailing it to the customer. Better off using another company which will be honest. Very disappointed.

first two orders went great, but in my third they didn't have my product and instead of letting me know they took my money and started ignoring my emails. very unprofessional IMO.
