I had an issue, I placed my order twice in a row by mistake. I emailed them and explained the situation and asked the to cancel one of the orders and to please reimburse my card. They got back to me with 24 to 48 hours and honored my request in a timely fashion. I will def order from here again and I recommend it to everyone who is thinking about ordering from them. I received my order with 24-48 hours, which was great as well.
