Ordering online can be risky for many reasons. Security, privacy, getting what you paid for etc. East Coast medical supply is a professional company on every level. From the products they carry to the shipping process. If you need anything they offer you will not be disappointed in trusting them with your order.

The syringes I received and their needles had no suction. When pulling back, it yanks in only air, and then the fluid starts seeping in. This can be confirmed with different sized needles and different sized syringes from the same manufacturer, supplies ordered at different times. Considering I paid a pretty few pennies for these supplies, I'm pretty upset that now I'm stuck with using 100 crappy syringes. Edit: East Coast Medical Supply personally contacted me within hours after I placed this frustrated review. They offered to send me a replacement for free, or to give a full refund. I opted for the former, and was shipped a good batch of syringes this time. They work great, and I wasn't even charged for shipping. I'm very pleased with how elegantly the company handled this, and I've since corrected my review to give them five stars for excellent customer service.
