East Coast Medical Supply
I ordered two items from east coast medical supply. I received everything I ordered and the delivery was quick. They also gave me a 15% off coupon for next time which was nice. The items I ordered were reasonably priced. The only thing that bothered me was the shipping cost, their were only two options to choose from I paid 20$ for shipping and that was the cheapest option.

Met all expectations
They have a large selection so most of my shopping could be done at their site alone. Everything was packaged appropriately and arrived by the expected date. I only wished they offered free shipping. I did search around to try to find everything on other sites with free shipping, but came back to East Coast out of convenience -- being able to get all my supplies at one retailer.

Great Products and Pricing - Expensive Shipping, No Options
Great products, and very reasonable pricing on the products, however the shipping is a bit excessive for the only option available. For orders under $200.00 I get charged $14.00 for shipping for post office priority mail which is 3 days. This is a bit excessive in my opinion for the level of service. It would be nice to see lower cost options available as well in case I don't need the products right away. Generally sending things standard mail is a lot cheaper and will arrive within a day of priority mail. I'd rather pay that same $14 or a little higher for the FedEx/UPS options as they are more reliable. Considering this last order was on Sunday, it didn't end up shipping out till Tuesday afternoon, and I won't receive it till Friday. This is 5 full days at a total of $14.00. Maybe I'm just used to the Amazon experience of 2 day free shipping. (built into my membership) Again the products, pricing of the products and the customer service is great, I just think more options are needed for shipping or get the items out the same or next day it's ordered.
