Well this is my first time buying so everything went smoothly the reason didn't get five stars because it's my first time so we'll continue to see how it goes

My order came in as exactly as I ordered it and it arrived rather quickly

All went well as expected, just the actual mailing took a bit long from the post office

Simple just as my title says.

the purcase was easy i generaly have no problem with my orders form east coast medical suply tho this time i have as yet not recieved it i checked today and it says delivered but i have not recivied it . every other purchase has been wonderful i dont think it had anything to do with east coast the holidays and over worked mail men it happens normaly they are 4 to 5 stars every time

Product, shipping, customer service was exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the cost of shipping was nearly double of everyone else. However the product was about a 1/3 less.

I ordered from east coast medical supply once. When my package arrived, it was missing one of my items that I really needed. The item was correctly listed on the packing slip, yet it was not in the box. I was very disappointed, as this has never happened to me before from any other retailer and I order online all the time. Luckily the customer service was great. Georgia was very professional in apologizing, shipping out the item right away, and refunding me my original shipping cost. I was very happy with the customer service. Overall, can not give 5 stars because my item was missing and I had to wait another 3 days to receive it.
