According to your records my order was delivered on Aug 8, I was forwarded the USPS tracking number and when I tracked it the status was "Out", that's all it said, when I responded to your office that I still had not received the order I was told to go to my post office to inquire to the status. I received no notice from the USPS that they are holding an order for me. I should not be the one responsible to track down what happened to my order, you should be!

Ordered 2 bottles of Bac Water, our normal supplier for our kennel was out of stock, and we had a pressing need. 1 bottle received fine. 1 bottle received missing the plastic flip top, rendering the rubber stopper open. This is unacceptable. I discarded this bottle. Lesson learned: great Google ratings don't mean anything. At this time, I would never consider doing business with East Coast Medical again.

I paid 15+ dollars for priority shipping. When the package was delivered, i had to pay an additional $5. Why am i getting this type of inaccurate shipping costs when it was the only option i had. it was embarrassing as my business partner had to pay the mailman as i was out of town during delivery.

Today is the 5/27 and I still don't have my package. The Postal service decided that I needed to be there for them to leave it!! Even though it clearly says no signature was necessary. In the future if a order anything from you, I want it shipped ups, or fedx.

Why have a phone number and email when you dont even use it. Takes for ever to get a response. Takes forever to physically ship products out and to even receive product. Especially when you live in the same area that they supposedly have the business located at. Just plane out horrible business. I dont get good vibes from east coast medical supply at all.

Money was wasted on priority shipping since order wasn't shipped for nearly a week after placed. When I emailed to complain about this, I was told half my shipping cost would be reimbursed. It was not. I don't appreciate being lied to even more than the delay in shipping.
