I would strongly caution anyone…
I would strongly caution anyone considering EastCoastASIC for mining hosting. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I honestly regret choosing them. The biggest issue is reliability. Miners are constantly going offline, sometimes for extended periods, making it nearly impossible to maintain consistent mining revenue. When you're paying a company to host and operate your equipment, keeping that equipment online should be the bare minimum. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication. There have been instances where days, or even weeks, have passed without any meaningful updates about outages or when equipment might be back online. As a customer, you're often left wondering what's happening with hardware that you paid good money for. Meanwhile, you're the one absorbing the financial losses. Every day your miner sits offline is another day of lost revenue, yet there seems to be little interest in offering discounts, refunds, service credits, or any other form of compensation for prolonged downtime. My advice: Think very carefully before trusting EastCoastASIC with your mining equipment.

I take downtime complaints seriously, and I couldn't match this to a hosting account on our end. Every miner we host is tracked with uptime logs and invoiced monthly, so if something went wrong, I want to see it. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or give us a call and we'll pull your uptime history and go through it with you. If we had real downtime on your machines, we'll own it and make it right.
