Horrible quality fabric. Not true to size, definitely larger that normal sizing. Not able to return if you are not happy with the product. When I asked about retuning the product they had me measure it and compare to the chart they sent. After reviewing it they sent me a different chart saying it matched. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered something in March, 2 months later, never got it, didn't get updates and they ignored my mail to them asking where it is. The tracking code shows it hasn't even been received by the postal service. This is clearly a scam website, DO NOT buy from here.

I originally gave a one star review because it took so long to get here, most likely the post office's fault and I thought I orderd a black shirt however apparently I assumed it was black but I ordered ash. I don't wear anything but black, that was on me. Between the 2 I gave a bad review. For no charge they sent me a black one. I just got it. I believe that was more than stand up so I resend my original review and happily 😊 give then a five star review.

Thank you so much for updating your review and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the shipping delay and the confusion with the original shirt color. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at first, but we are glad we were able to resolve the issue and send you the black shirt you wanted. Your patience and kindness mean a lot to us. Thank you again for your support and for revising your review. We’re grateful to have you as our customer, and we hope you enjoy your new shirt.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The product provided is a knockoff of the real thing. The product does not match the image. I would never buy from this site again. THIS IS A SCAM

Update: Customer service contacted me and made things right. It did take some time but the issue I had was resolved. I have updated my review. I would caution anyone thinking about buying from this company based on my experience with their customer service. When I had an issue with an item I purchased and tried to return it, they refused to accept the return and were not helpful in resolving the problem. It was frustrating dealing with a company that seemed unwilling to stand behind their products or work with a customer who had a legitimate concern. Just something for other buyers to be aware of before making a purchase.

The item (a bunny hat) took nearly a month to arrive.

The hat I received does not match the product's photo on the site. It's an AI interpretation of the image printed on the hat. I would like a refund of the hat.

Bought the bolt chargers hat. The bolt came out smaller than the picture in the description. The hat came all squished, they just put it in a plastic bag. The material is very cheap and the hat is lopsided. Never buying from them again!
