EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Having reversed into a post resulting in damage to my car I visited East Bilney Coachworks, Thetford. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions and I would like to say a big thank you to Michelle ,Mason and Olly who kept me aware of progress with the repair. When I collected my car not only was the repair work completed to a very high standard but also it had been fully valeted so it looked like a new car. They also charged the battery for me as I don't drive many miles and it was probably run down. I would highly recommend this company. Date of experience: 22 May 2025
