We have an older house in Concord and called East Bay Electrician Services for two things — we needed the dryer outlet swapped to a 4-prong so we could use it for EV charging, and we had a subpanel that needed to be replaced. The owner Matt came over to do walk through. He didn't rush it — explained what needed to happen with both jobs and answered all my questions. Tyler came out a few days later and handled the panel and outlet work and was efficient, clean, no issues. What I didn't expect was that Matt noticed a few plugs in the house that had never worked. He came back on his own a couple days later and fixed them — didn't charge us anything for it. Two separate jobs, both done right, and they went out of their way on top of that. Happy to recommend them.

Alexa, thank you for taking the time to write this up. Older Concord homes often have a few surprises once you start digging in, and we're glad we could get both the subpanel and the outlet sorted out cleanly. Tyler does great work and it was no problem for Matt to come back for those plugs — that's just part of making sure everything is right before we call a job done. Really appreciate the recommendation.
