Customer beware: No even exchanges, no phone support, no shipping refund. Wrong color on website sent twice.
I ordered The Stellon braided, strappy sandal size 9 in white. It arrived TWO times in beige. The first return went ok after some tedious emailing with customer service. I was assured, once the return was received, the correct color white would be shipped. Received the shoe in beige again. Contacted customer service again, received lengthy email explaining that the shoe does NOT come in white, error on their part. Acceptable explanation. However, I was not able to initiate a return label on my end and found out the hard way that their fake customer service phone line doesn't support incoming calls. I sent an email directly to the rep who helped me with the first order. NO REPLY. I emailed customer service 3 more times, stating in the last email that their non response will result in this negative review. NO RESPONSE. I finally gave up. After weeks of dealing with this unpleasant issue, finding out one problem after another dealing with Earth Shoes, I am out of $20 in shipping and stuck with a pair of beige shoes I don't need. Their prices may be ok, but their business practices aren't worth the agony. Buyer beware.
