Do not dissolve, poor quality product. Waist of money

J'ai beaucoup aimé le concept de réduire les déchets et l'impact sur la planète. Malheureusement ayant un enfant en bas âge il me faut une lessive efficace. Celle-ci n'enlève aucune tâche. Juste bien pour des adultes qui ne se tâchent jamais. Sûrement bien pour rafraîchir les vêtements.

The product itself is great. I love that there is no plastic involved, and it cleans just as well as any liquid detergent. Unfortunately this company has very deceptive business practices. I was sent a product I did not want and cancelled, only to be charged and have it sent again. It is impossible to cancel your subscription via the website as it errors out. I am hoping my cancellation via email actually works. If it does not I will place a fraud block on my credit card against Earth Breeze.

They sent me my sample, then charged my card for my first monthly subscription and never sent it. The tracking details showed USPS had not received the item. 10 days after being charged, I emailed customer service requesting a refund and cancellation of my subscription. The representative replied quickly, blamed USPS, said “I hope this changes your mind” and did not issue a refund or cancel my subscription. I emailed twice more requesting a refund/cancellation with no prompt response. They didn’t reply until I said I would open a PayPal claim. Very shady company.

I bought 2 packets of earth breeze a few months ago. I bought it on the French site in euros, but was surprised to see the charge come through from Canada. My French bank charged me 3 euros for a 'non euro zone purchase'. The package arrived from the UK...so I could have been charged customs as well (fortunately I wasn't). My biggest complaint however is the deceptive claim that each package is for 60 loads. Each packet only has 30 sheets, so in fact it is for 30 regular loads. On the back, it indicates you could cut the sheet in half if you were doing a half load. So, it is for 60 'half loads' which is not the same as 60 loads. When I calculated the price, I thought it was similar to what I paid for my current detergent...but that was based on the deceptive label. I realised after receiving it that I was actually paying double. It seems to clean the clothes reasonable well, but has left some residue in the soap dispenser. Also, the last few sheets started to stick together in the envelope. It's a shame because it is a great concept and I liked the idea of reducing waste. Unfortunately, I'll be sticking with my regular detergent.

J'ai passé commande le 31/12/2021 et pour l'instant je n'ai rien reçu ni réussi à avoir des nouvelles en envoyant un mail... J'ai peur qu'il s'agisse d'une arnaque comme souvent les marques qui font leur pub sur instagram. Heureusement, je n'ai payé que 9€.
