Dear Roberta: ON THE CONTRARY!!! THEY'RE (( BETTER )) THAN GOOD !!! Made from Pure Beeswax, the ear plug needs (kneading or working) through one's fingers of hands for just (( 20 seconds )) to make it ((soft and mouldable)). Then one pushes it into the ear canal and it will SEAL perfectly and BLOCK OUT Magnificiently !!! That ""hour" preparation nonsense is foolish and not true!! Roberta, knead them again for just 20 seconds and be surprised how easy they insert and seal the ear canal. Dear Ralph: WE CAN FIX IT!!! PLEASE follow the below instructions and you'll notice a big improvement !!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft, malleable) and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and SEALS it. When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit FIRMLY; & FLATTEN it (IN and AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will (( SEAL )) well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or possibly no snoring sound at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards. 4. If you can still hear her, then simply pinch off some material from another ear plug in your pack and combine that to one ear plug, thereby inserting more ear plug material. That works!!! Dear Selwyn: Thank you for your customer loyalty all these years!!!!~~~~~~~~But the ear plug ingredients has not changed in 23 years!!!!! If your getting 30 wearings a month and not 60 wearings as before, it means that your body is ((absorbing the Lanolin from our ear plugs)); and that is making them drier. Selwyn, you might consider injesting more natural oils into your diet; such as olive, avacado, flax or fish oil ect ect. Once your body has more natural (body oil) in it, you'll notice that the ear plugs will last longer. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear ALAN: THEY'LL BLOCK OUT ((100% MORE SOUND )) THAN THE FOAM EAR PLUGS! Alan, please follow the below instructions (exactly), and the Mighty Plugs will do their job PERFECTLY 1. First take ONE ear plug at a time, and (knead or work) it well through your fingers or hands for 15-20 seconds, to make the ear plug (soft and mouldable). Then follow the directions in # 2 2. Push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening & into your ear canal UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ) your ear canal. YES, It needs to (( SEAL )) the ear to block out much. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't (( SEAL )) immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. Now with both ears SEALED, LISTEN TO (( SILENCE )) !!!!!! Dear Scott: The ear plugs do not create the pressure! It's flu season! It's very common; you most likely have symptoms of a cold or flu; and its affecting your ear passages. Push our ear plug in and open your mouth at the same time. See if that helps. Important note: Scott, for an ear plug to (( block out )) much; it (( must )) PLUG the ear canal!!! Dear Jacquie: The "" trick "" to blocking out (( ALL )) the noise is having our Beeswax ear plug SEAL your ear canals. Often women with "long nails" initially, have to get used to inserting this (soft and mouldable) beeswax ear plug firm enough to have it SEAL; but once they get the "hang of it"; they love this ear plug. Not sure why this "falling apart" experience is happening to you, for the ear plugs are held together very well with strong cotton fibers. Jacquie, if you are finding the ear plug a bit too tacky for you, then simply work the ear plug well into some talcum, baby powder of corn starch. That will fix it.
