GAS<: One is supposed to (use as is) or (enlarge the size) or (reduce the size) of our ear plug, to fit (fully) into each person's (( individual ear canal )) and SEAL it!!!!!!!! After creating the PERFECT SIZE for your ear canal, then do the following and you'll be very very surprised at the ability of this magnificent ear plug to BLOCK OUT SOUND!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make this Beeswax Ear Plug (soft and malleable).When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug and FLATTEN it against your opening and ((into your ear canal)) until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). Li: Here is the e-mail you sent us: "On a morning of our vacation April 2nd, we couldn't get out the full ear plug from my son's ear. Some part was left inside. We must went to the emergency room. It took several doctors a few hours to clean my son's ear. The diagnosis and medical bill of emergency visit are also attached for your review. I don't want to question your advertisement "Your satisfaction is guaranteed ", I simply hope your company can reimburse our bill $645.67" Li, for 24 years we have been a 100% ((transparent )) company that publishes ALL reviews!!!! We are very easy to reach and communicate with, but ((we will not communicate)) with "black mailers", "extortionists" or "free loaders". Li, when a coffee drinker spills HOT COFFEE on their lap; ((IS IT THE COFFEE'S FAULT))?? absolutely not!!! Li, when a driver of a vehicle carelessly runs off the road and hits a tree; is it the vehicle's fault?? absolutely not!!! Li, when someone pushes our ear plug soooooooo far into their ear canal or pinches off soooooo much ear plug material and inserts soooooo small a piece of ear plug that it is hard to remove or when someone carelessly pinches off the ear plug. Dear Ursula: If Your Report is (( TRUE )), then you are in very select company. We are Sad at your experience and but we are not "sorry" for it. In 24 years, with over 6 ((MILLION)) customers, we have had about 5 to 6 others report a similar experience. The ((fault was not)) our ear plug, but the (( carelessness )) of the user. The following is what we've learned: Either the new wearer had pinched off ((so much material)) and ((inserted)) so small a piece of ear plug, that they couldn't get it all out; OR They had pushed it ((so for into)) their ear canal, that they couldn't get all of it out. OR They were ((so negligent and careless)), that they pinched it off so hard, broke off the ear plug and couldn't get it all out. "APPALLING", yes we agree!! Ursula, when someone spills "hot coffee" on themselves, its not the coffee's fault!!!!!! Our ear plug is "SAFE" in responsible hands, as is a vehicle in a responsible driver's hands. 1. We devote a web page on our website to "Insert and Remove" 2. We have a video on our website they demonstrates how to "Insert and Remover" 3. We enclose in ((every)) order and instruction card on how to "Insert and Remove" What's more bewildering, is that our Mighty Plugs and held together so well with strong cotton fibers and natural gum base. They simply will stretch and stretch and are difficult to break off. Oh Aimee & Kenneth: With over 6 million customers inserting and removing Mighty Plugs every night; you report that your husband pushed them into his ear and couldn't get it all out when removing the ear plug; and then he also got an ear infection??????. Aimee, what you are reporting is "questionable" because you or your husband never contacted us regarding these incidents.
