These are some of the best earplugs I have ever owned. They block out most noise and distractions. If you have a loved one that is mentally ill or just hates noise or is sensitive to hearing, I recommend these for them. The plugs are soft yet rugged, however they do wear out after a while, but still are a great value for the price I paid. 4 out of 5 stars. Great earplugs.

If I did not like the earplugs I would probably say so somewhere. I don't like wasting MY time with silly polls.

I would give these earplugs a 5-star review if I knew how healthy they were for our ears in the long run. I searched for earplugs back when I married my husband and he's a snorer and I'm a sensitive sleeper. All the foam-type plugs didn't block out nearly any sound at all. I finally ordered these because of the fact it was a moldable-type clay material and people reviews were great so I tried it. I've now been ordering them non-stop for about 3 years now. They do as advertised-- they mold to your ear (as you have to apply some pressure around your inner-ear) and block out tons of sound. I did make a mistake that was quite scary about 6 months ago which landed me in the doctor's office having to get my ear flushed. First off, I learned not to order these plugs from Amazon because the only time I ordered these plugs from them, their consistency felt odd-- they were very sticky and loose. I just kept using them because I was desperate and didn't want to waste them. So one night I felt them extremely sticky and almost 'melting' in my ear. I woke up and went to pull them out and one of them broke off halfway and the other half stayed stuck in my ear canal. I felt deaf in that ear and it was terrifying. The Q-tips made it worse so I went to the Doctor. My ear got flushed and was okay. All-in-all, they're great for blocking out TONS of sound… I sleep so great and peacefully… but should be used with caution, which I do now.

I've been using the earplugs for a few years now. I can honestly say they are quite good at what they do. I use them mostly for sleep, but I've used them on airplanes as well. They are easy to put in and they do not fall out. When they begin to get smaller and too hard, just buy a new pair.

I got these ear plugs before going on a trip. Both my parents snore loudly and I rarely get any sleep when we travel together. These plugs definitely helped. Although it didn't filter out ALL the noise, it made it much more bearable. The only slightly negative thing I would say about them is that if you have long hair, they tend to trap strands of your hair when you're sleeping and then it's tedious to get the waxy stuff out of your hair in the morning. Otherwise, they work better than any ear plug I've used before and they are extremely affordable and comfortable. Just wish my hair didn't get tangled in them every night, even when I put it up.

I like the earplugs ability to fit all sizes of ear canals, but if anyone has hair that falls around their ears, they will likely have some of it stuck in the ear wax plugs. It is still worth wearing them if the noise is loud and preventing me from falling asleep.
