Dear Stephen: Yes, we and 6 million others already know that Mighty Plugs are unquestionably the Best sound blocking ear plug made; and after wearing them for 14 years every night, I can assure you that ear canals (do not need to breathe). Stephen, It is important to breathe through one's nose or mouth tho; definitely not the ears! Having said that, one doesn't need to have them SEAL the ear canal so thoroughly, just simply insert them less firmly and they'll still block out magnificently! Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Valerie: This is an EASY FIX!!!!! Valerie, when you mentioned that they stuck to your hair; then we KNOW that the ear plug had PROTRUDED OUT TOO FAR from your ear opening. It needs to be pushed in DEEPER into the ear canal and then it has to SEAL it to block out that dog barking. Please follow the below instructions and you'll block him out! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make this Beeswax Ear Plug (soft and malleable).When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug ( a bit more FIRMLY) and FLATTEN it against your opening and ((into your ear canal)) until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or most likely no noise at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards.. Dear Michael: ON THE CONTRARY: You Must Insert our BEESWAX Ear Plugs to where they are ((SEALING)) your ear canals. They'll work better then advertised and are literally 10 TIMES BETTER than any other ear plugs in the world!! BUT>>>>>>>>>>>> you must follow the below instructions ((exactly)), and you'll block her out and sleep sound!!!! 1. Dear Mariesa: How strange are your comments! 1. Our ear plugs are malleable and ((easily form)) to each person's individual ear canal. 2. To have them come apart is ((difficult)). Mariesa, is your husband using a pliars or wire cutter to remove the ear plug from his ear?????????? Oh YES! Dear Sol: Oh YES! We know they work; for we wear them too! Sol, our ear plug is made from PURE BEESWAX; because it is (non-chemical), forms to the ear canal, seals it best and it makes such an incredible sound blocker. Most, if not all people enjoy the fragrance of Beeswax; yet it is exceptionally rare but we have had probably 1 in every 100,000 customers mention it as more unpleasant than pleasant to them. Being an (all natural) ear plug, we are reluctant to add any artificial fragerance, for even with that, we know that 100% will never agree, yet if you worked into each ear plug 1/2 drop of some essential oil; like lavender, peppermint, or cypress, that may be your answer.
