Janet: That an EASY FIX!!!!! IMPORTANT: If you insert them a (bit more) firmly, deeper ((into)) your ear canal and allow them to SEAL, you will notice a significant decrease in the snoring sound. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft, malleable) and slightly “tacky”. When the ear plug is soft and malleable, then it’s ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit ((more)) FIRMLY then before & FLATTEN it (IN, AGAINST) and into your ear canal, (until you feel a GOOD SEAL). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t SEAL immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, until it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little sound, often no sound at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards. All the orders going into Australia have to pass through inspection at the Australian Customs Agency. Sadly they are just now beginning to be released to the Australian Postal service. .
