I recently aquired these as we had a noisy neighbour for a while and i couldn't sleep so i read about these on line and decided to try a pair,nothing to lose except the noise.I had a chance to use these a couple of days after they arrived as there was a lot of music noise and they really worked i couldn't hear a thing amasing the only problem for me is i sleep on my side and i had to sleep on my back or i lost the seal and the noise was let in but it's a small price to pay to get a good nights sleep.

I live in Honolulu, mid-town, between downtown and Waikiki. In the heart of the city. Barking dogs (hiss), traffic, sirens, apartment living nonsense noise from neighbors. Have used these ear plugs for years and they provide a total block-out bliss. Would highly recommend them to any city dwellers or other folks who suffer from noise during sleeping hours or at any other time when noise is a nuisance. Don't waste time and money with foam or other useless gadgets. These plugs deliver the highest decibel reduction available, bar none!

The earplugs are definitely the most effective I have tried. They block out more noise than the spongy ones .

Is there any way of making clear ear plugs they sell them in stores just dont like it when I take them out and I have blue in my ears
