I think the noise suppression of these earplugs is only average, but all the other ones fall out of my ears (same as earphones do). These are totally mouldable so they should fit anyone. Quite long lasting as well.

I have been buying these ear plugs for the past several years. The ability for the plug to tailor its fitting to your ear is awesome. There is no foam plug that I have worn before that fit as comfortably as these do. I like that you can double your ear plugs just by splitting the plug in half and using them this way. Even when splitting them in half, the comfort and quietness works great. I typically wear these when I ride my motorcycle and being able to cut down the wind noise and yet allow the "road" noise to still be heard is ideal for me. I try and make sure that I always have a pair in reserve, just in case. Sometimes I have worn these at small concert venues, as the sound level in some clubs can be VERY loud, I like being able to remove them just before the drive home and feel like my hearing wasn't assaulted. I've recommended these to several guys I ride with, some have tried them and some have tried and still use them.
