Dear Teresa: The moment I read the word "hair" in your review; then I knew what you didn't do!!! Teresa, you didn't insert the ear plugs DEEP ENOUGH into your EAR CANAL and they "protruded out too far", got involved with your hair; and didn't block out much; for they didn't SEAL the ear canal. It's obvious that our website must (( explain )) much more clearly, how to (( prepare )) and how to (( insert )) Mighty Plugs. If you would have (kneaded) the ear plugs to make them (soft and mouldable), and then inserted them firmly enough so that they SEALED the ear canal; you would have just like the other 10, 000 reviewers; "sang us praise". Teresa, please follow the instructions below (exactly) and you'll have the best blocking ear plug in the world doing what it does best; BLOCKING OUT!!!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and ( work it or knead it ) thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it ( soft and malleable ) When the ear plug is soft and malleable, then it’s ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug & FLATTEN it ( IN---- AGAINST ) and (INTO) your ear canal, ( until you feel a GOOD SEAL ). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t (SEAL) immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, until it will ((SEAL)) well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. Dear Viesturs: How ironic! You report that your very large order has not arrived to you and we know that it has not been returned to us. Viesturs, your order was shipped out by us (within 24 hours) of receiving it. We honestly don't know if its (the people) or (the country) or both, but we have definitely stopped shipping via the mail service to South Africa. Dear Linda: THEY WILL DO THE JOB!!!! BUT 1: Being Beeswax, ((just prior)) to insertion, they have to be (kneaded or worked) between your hands or fingers for 20 seconds to make them (soft and moldable). 2. Then they have to be inserted (firmly enough) and (deep enough) into the ear to SEAL the ear canal. Once SEALED, you'll have the HIGHEST BLOCKING Ear Plug in the world doing what it does best>>>BLOCKING OUT SOUND!!! 3. Thirdly, sometimes women feel that the ear plug is too large and they pinch off a little, inserting a smaller ear plug. Linda, we all wear them too. They Work. Oh Megan: You've inserted our 5 STAR ultra-high blocking ear plug ((too deep into your ear canal)), or ((you pinched off so much ear plug material)) to make a smaller ear plug and inserted too small amount of ear plug material and had difficulty removing it. Regarding the size, one ear plug should be the right size for you, yet you can pinch off some material from another ear pug in your pack and combine that to make a larger ear plug. Mighty Plugs are made from BEESWAX and must be allowed to ( SEAL ) the ear canal to block out much. Please follow these instructions below ( exactly ) and you'll be very very pleased!!! 1.
