Ordered from them a few days before I went on a week cruise for my birthday. Still no order received a few days after my return. I contacted them by e-mail and they got back to me with a quick response the same day apologizing for the delay and said they would send another order, which they must have immediately, because I got that order in just a few days. About 3 days later I got the original order, so I e-mailed them again and, again, got a quick response that if I desired they would sell me that order for 1/2 off rather than me sending it back. I felt that was more than reasonable, I thanked them and praised them for their timely and friendly responses through the whole process. They seem like a company that really cares about their customers and treats them with respect and kindness.

These earbuds are so worth it. Completely blocks out all sound. I went on a cruise with some snoring ladies....THESE EARBUDS SAVED ME!!!!

Do to the snoring of my lovely wife who I adore, the earplugs were a must. I've tried others, but they didn't do the job like your product. I also like the plastic case they come in as it keeps them clean when not in use and handy for travel. So, bottom line, I'm happy and satisfied. Thank you.
