One cannot sleep on one's side with headphones, or ear buds, or any over the ear covers. The World's Finest Earplugs allows me a full night's sleep, no matter how much noise is going on in the room or nearby. I always travel with a pair - hotels can be loud too.

I love these ear plugs! my husband snores and for years I was not getting a full nights sleep. I tried so many different ear plugs but all were the kind that were inserted into the ear and by morning the inside of my ears hurt....then I found mighty plugs, love them, love them, now both me and my husband get a good night sleep.
