I am a bit discouraged that the website only showed positive feedback and no questions or concerns. I understand that this product may have been successful for many, but it almost tricked people into believing that people never had any concerns about the product and how they worked. I followed the instructions perfectly and these did not work. I felt that when I pushed the ear plugs in further they would not seal and was nervous they would damage my ears. Am I the only one who ever experienced this?...I doubt it. I was really hopeful that this product would work for me and unfortunately it did not. Very dissatisfied.

I placed an order for the re plugs after reading what seemed fantastic reports. I paid £4.52 to a set, once order was confirmed I was told the ear plugs should be with me within 7 working days. On the 7th day I had a card from the post office regarding a package that could not be delivered as there was a £45.20 charge to pay for a handling fee. To my amazement it was a charge for the £4.52 ear plugs I had orderd. I have not tried the ear plugs as they were left with the post office. I refuse to pay nearly £50.00 for a set of ear plugs.

Dear Kerry: We were shocked to hear that your post office tried to charge you a handling fee. After 16 years and with over 6 million worldwide customers, this is the first time we have heard of such an experience. Kerry, this terrible overcharge by your post office had absolutely nothing to do with our company. Kerry, in the interest of 'Goodwill', we are re-shipping you another order at no cost to you. Please look for it to arrive and kindly let us know when it does. Most sincerely Mary-BPI customer service

These ear plugs are like clay. They are not foam. When I followed the instructions to roll the plug between my fingers before insertion in the ear canal, it broke apart like a piece of dough. When I put them in my ear they did block noise. However they crumble so easily, that I am worried that when I took them out of my ear, a small piece may have broken off and stayed in my ear. I would not recommend this product at all.

Dear Alan: Your experience with our ear plug is quite unusual and could have easily been prevented. Just as one is about to insert this fine ear plug, it require working or kneading it through one's fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and more importantly, to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. When you have done that sufficiently, the ear plug will have the texture (like dough), and when you push it against your ear canal, it will fill your ear and seal it. You then will have the highest blocking ear plug in the world working for you. Alan, please keep me informed for we want this to work perfectly for you. Most sincerely Mary-BPI customer service

I had high hopes for these plugs - ready to get in the pool I rolled them around in my hands to warm them up and followed the instructions - pressed them in until a good seal was felt - three laps into my swim one got lose - I made the mistake of pushing it back in with water now in my inner ear - next lap the other one came out - and I did the same thing - they never did seal back up and I kept playing with them - 3 hours after my swim my ears feel plugged up - maybe I had too much wax - maybe my canels are too this or that - but I may need to go to the doctor to have my ears unplugged - I have trapped the water in there - will not use them again too bad I bought a half dozen
