I bought these after researching earplugs because my husbands snoring kept me up at night. They work really well. I can still hear him of course, but these muffle the sounds well. When he comes to bed after me now I don't even wake up to him coming in the room.

I have tried all types of ear plugs but these do cut out around 90% of noise. I wear them every night and only occasionally does my wife's snoring penetrate them! I also use them when using noisy machinery. I find that one of the round disks broken into two parts is an ideal size for me and the plugs last about a month before the sealing properties wear off.

I bought them for me as I was tired of sleeping on the couch and now that I have the MIGHTY PLUGS I am sleeping in the bed again. My husband is also happy with them as the birds were waking him up every morning.
