I had to see ear nose throat specialist to get it all out of my ear as it all broke off and couldn't get out :(

To break off some of this fine moldble ear plug is very difficult to do. With over 6 million daily users world-wide, we never get a report of the ear plug breaking off; yet like spilling "hot coffee" on ourselves, if we are careless then I guess anything can happen.
In the future, please be attentive when removing the ear plug.

Useless
Useless. They don't stick well enough to my ear, so even though they are shaped well and fit well, sound comes right in around the sides of them. They just tumble out. I thought they'd improve after a few nights, but no. I threw them in he garbage. Wish I could get a refund. I feel scammed.

Your experience is strange to us, for we put Pure Lanolin into the ear plug to make the ear plug soft, moldable and expecially "tacky" so that it will stay securely in the ear canal and "SEAL IT".
This addition of the Lanolin works perfectly, so I honestly do not know why the ear plug did not stick and seal in your ear canal, unless you may have been too delicate when pushing and flattening the ear plug against your ear opening.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed and we would have been more than willing to give you a refund had us know of your difficulty and had not thrown the ear plugs away.

Terrible ear plugs!
Useless product for me. I did not like these earplugs at all. They did nothing for me. I could still hear the tv, etc... I did not like how the blue ear plugs left the putty-like residue in my ears. It was like putting play dough in my ears. There was no rude conduct from the company. They did arrive promptly but I was very, very disappointed in the product.

If this ultra-high blocking soft and moldable ear plug is not (prepared correctly) and (inserted correctly), then you will not get the results that this magnificent ear plug can provide.
Please follow the steps below exactly and you will experience the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG in existence:
1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it}thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 30 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly tacky so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow step 2. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time.
2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal until you feel a GOOD SEAL! If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will warm and seal well.
3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you should notice a big improvement.
4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out.
