These earplugs are truly fantastic. I'm a 3rd year college student, and for the last 2 years I've been stuck in the noisiest places imaginable. Freshmen year: dorms right next to football players who loved to party and stay up late. Sophomore year: college house with 10 other immature kids. To top it all off, I'm on the schools rowing team (a.k.a. crew), we have practice at 5 AM, which means I have to get up about 4:15 AM to catch a ride to practice. I had tried everything I could think of, earplugs, sleeping pills, knocking on my neighbors door politely, the works. Nothing could do it for me. Earplugs weren't good enough and fell out and sleeping pills left me too tired for practice. Then, as if a gift from above, I stumbled upon Mighty Plugs. I immediately ordered a sample pack and the rest is history. These ear plugs are truly awesome. You roll them in your fingers until they heat up, then you smoosh them into your ear and get a nice, comfy airtight seal. They don't fall out when you are sleeping. I'll be honest, they don't block out *everything*. When the house was having a party with booming music I still couldn't sleep, if there was a *loud* conversation going on in the kitchen next to me I could still hear it. But, for 97.5% of the time these ear plugs block out all the sound they need to and help carry me off to wonderful dreamland. I definitely recommend these to anyone who has trouble sleeping due to noisy neighbors, roomates, etc. P.S. I also use them when I study at the library, they are excellent there as well!

I travel a lot, and quality sleep is essential. These earplugs do the trick. I was awakened at 130 am by construction equipment outside my Beijing hotel (apparently they don't have noise regulations in China). I popped these ear plugs in. Bingo. No noise, and back to sleep for me.

These earplugs are the first I have tried that are easy to get in and stay in. I also find them very comfortable. They have definitely made a difference for me in travelling.

I have had insomnia all my life. My husband snores so bad I started using ear plugs. I went from brand to brand until I tried Beneficial Products ear plugs. These ear plugs are as effective as a head set. I use them for trap shooting because the head set kept banging on the gun stock.

Have very sensitive hearing and am a light sleeper. These are the only earplugs I've found that I can use frequently that don't irritate my ears. So happy to have had them recommended to me, they work better than I could have ever hoped!
