Dear Rene: WHOA !!! They WILL (( SEAL )) PERFECTLY !!! The reason that the person who recommended and raved about them gave such a high recommendation is because it's TRUE !!! THEY WILL WORK GREAT !!! Please follow the instructions below (exactly) and you'll be very very very happy !!! 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Now that it is moldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat ( firmly ), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL. IMPORTANT !!!! If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL the ear canal, not protrude out from the ear and block out superbly. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the (same way and insert it exactly the same way) as the first ear plug. With them both SEALING---NOW LISTEN TO THE SILENCE !!! Expensive??? NO WAY !!!
