Dear Sandra: Your public letter is slanderous and unfair, for we are a fine reputable company. We are in Oregon USA, and you are in Europe in the United Kingdom. We are absolutely certain to have shipped your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We have apologized to you because of the slower delivery service from the US Postal Service, the UK customs dept and UK Royal Mail. Your demand for an immediate refund is not warranted. We are presently attempting to track your order and if we find that it has been lost, then we will most certainly give you a total refund; but to give you a refund at this time is not warranted because your order will most certainly arrive any day now. If we issue you an immediate refund now and your ear plugs arrive tomorrow, then what would you like us to do? Re-charge you again? Dear Emily: It appears that you have an aversion to Beeswax, for almost everyone who wears our ear plug loves the fragrance of Beeswax. Sadly, your aversion to the Beeswax fragrance overshadowed the effectiveness of the fine ultra-high blocking ear plug. Emily, maybe you would like the smell of "Foam" better. Dear Deanna: I too wear this exact ear plug every night and this is the HIGHEST BLOCKING MOLDABLE EAR PLUG IN EXISTENCE, but to experience this exceptional blocking, you must follow these preparation and insertion directions (exactly): The VERY FIRST TIME that you are about to use our ear plug, you must work or knead the ear plug between your fingers or hands thoroughly for at least 25 seconds, to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the earplug. All later insertions will only require kneading the ear plug for just 10 seconds. SECONDLY! Many adults with smaller ear canals do not insert the whole ear plug; for just after they have kneaded the ear plug to make it soft and moldable, they pinch off at least (a third), and insert a smaller ear plug that fits their ear canal better, is more comfortable, seals easier and blocks out better. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it}thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 25 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly tacky so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow the next step. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you should notice a big improvement. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Deanna, please give this fine all natural, moldable ear plug, “A Fair Test”.
