I'm the worlds lightest sleeper but since using these plugs I am getting much better sleep and waking up more refreshed. My only complaint is that they get really soft in my ears and when I remove in the morning, I have to VERY carefully remove them so they don't come apart. I also use a damp washcloth to wipe inside of ear to remove the small amount of residue. A minor aggravation, considering the great sleep I get using them.
