These aren't cheap but they work. Good noise cancellation if inserted correctly, and after 5 minutes of heating up in your ear, they are comfortable. They leave no discernible mark on your pillow (like some competitor's wax-based plugs do).

Reduces outside noise, but enhances internal noise. I can hear my pulse and chest noise etc. I do not smoke. I can only see the advantage for perhaps swimmers.

I purchased the ear plugs because my husband snores every night, and regular foam ear plugs weren't cutting it. Very happy with this product... Sleep had returned to me! My only issue is that they get harder to seal with regular use, so you have to go to the next pair sooner than I had hoped.

these ear pugs are the best we have tried ( and we have tried many) fairly comfortable, block out most background noise. Much better than the foam or gel type.

I have tried other earplugs. So far, these are the only ones that have worked for me.
