Dear Isaac: I know exactly what occurred. Our ultra-high blocking ear plug is made mainly from Beeswax and it has to be (worked or kneaded) for 15-20 seconds between one's fingers to make it soft and moldable. Then using the tip of the index finger, push the softened ear plug IN & AGAINST the ear opening (until you feel a good seal). We put Lanolin into the ear plug and that will make the ear plug seal and stay securely all night long. Issac, please feel free to phone us or write us for any questions or help.
