Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make this Beeswax Ear Plug (soft and malleable).When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug and FLATTEN it against your opening and ((into your ear canal)) until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or most likely no snoring noise at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards.. To Mr. Yong (Young) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and to to our customers worldwide: Whether Mr. Yong's claim of non-receipt is ((true)) or ((false)); we honestly don't know! We do know the following: We shipped his order the (same day we received it), to the address tht Mr. Yong provided; We communicated with each other often, never once neglecting his concerns. Mr. Yong claimed that it didn't arrive; and ((we have not received back)) ((our product)) after almost 5 weeks. Mr. Yong has already received his full payment back from PayPal. If his claim is ((TRUE)), then It's our hope, that if and when his order finally arrives, that he has the integrity to inform us; for in the interest of Goodwill, we would only re-charge him 1/2 price for the inconvenience of waiting. Oh Kevin: With over 6 million wearers, as well as ourselves and so many others around the world (easily) inserting and removing Mighty Plugs daily, we do on very rare occasions receive a similar report as yours; but Kevin, Mighty Plugs are so strong and held together so well with special cotton fibers; if your report is true; how did you break it off?????????????????? Either you must have inserted (( too small )) a piece of the ear plug or could you have pushed it sooooo far into their ear canal that it was difficult to remove all of it ; or were you were sooooo hasty and careless in removing that you pinched it so hard and & broke some off?????????????????????????????? We've even had customers use Mighty Plugs to seal a leaky pipe or seal their noses when in the water. Kevin. oh yes we know that Mighty Plugs really block out a tremendous amount of sound; but please do not pinch off so much or insert it soooooo deep or carelessly break it off any more or your gonna have to wear FOAM ear plugs; and they are supposed to expand and block out???
