We listened to you and offered you to keep one pair to use and we would happily give you a FREE REPLACEMENT and pay your shipping cost for returning the product to us; but that wasn't "good enough" for you. Your opinion is yours and surely not applicable to the over 6 million daily wearers of Mighty Plugs. We are, and "always will be", a 100% transparent company with a magnificent product. Dear Joyce: They are SOOOOO SIMPLE to insert, you'll be surprised. If you can follow these instructions below or you can phone us in the office for help. 1. Before inserting, one must (work or knead) the ear plugs through one's fingers or hands for 15 to 20 seconds to soften the ear plugs and make them moldable. 2. Then you push the softened ear plug in and against your ear canal UNTIL YOU FEEL IT (SEAL) 3. If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a couple more seconds and it will SEAL 4. That's it!!!!!!!! Now listen to SILENCE. Joyce, we all wear the same ear plug daily and nightly, so call us here in the office at 1-800-226-1884, and we'll guide you over the phone to insert it. Once SEALED you'll be grateful you called us. Over 6 million people successfully wear Mighty Plugs every day; ( including all of us in the office ). They work wonderfullly for us, but as I said in the previous e-mail, they have to be inserted to SEAL the ear canals to block out well. Regarding your reply that they "hurt" your ears. That is surprising, for these Beeswax ear plugs become (soft and moldable) when you (knead) them between your fingers or hands for 15 seconds.
