I've tried many ear plugs over the last 15 years for sleeping. My wife likes ro stay up watching TV while I need to go to sleep earlier because of my career. I've used every kind of ear plug imaginable however none of them have come close to these. They fit very comfotably and really block out noise. Using them in conjunction with a blindfold allows me to get the restful sleep I need.
