I purchased these because my partner snores, and it was keeping me awake. After initally learning how to properly fit them, I have used the ear plugs almost every night, and they've definitely improved my ability to get a good night's sleep. They block out most sound, but I still hear my alarm (and some occasional snores). These have been a great solution for me!

These ear plugs really do work,but unfortunately I bought them for my son who competes and can't hear instructions from coach ! If he wasn't competing these are brilliant.
