Hi, these were recommended to me 10 years ago and have been using them since. I worked night shifts at the times & had never found anything truly comfortable that actually worked. I now carry a pair everywhere, using them when our open plan office gets too loud/on noisy trains when I can be in my own peaceful world/when I have trouble getting to sleep (the sound of my own breathing with the plugs in, sends me to sleep)/when camping at festivals. Parked in our camper next to a very loud dance tent at a festival and managed to sleep no problem, even when the van itself was vibrating from the bass!

I purchased a set of earplugs - with some reservations I must say. I have tried quite a few variations over time. They have worked out well and are comfortable enough that I can wear them for a few hours.

Wear them at night. To block television, noises, and loud snoring. They are the BEST! Excellent.

Allows me to sleep all night with my wife snoring loudly. What a relief from being woke up every hour for both of us.

I have only used them once but it was surreal being totally sound proofed and only hearing my own heartbeat. Now I know that when I have to share a room with "the great sleep destroyer" on vacation I will be able to get some sleep.
