Dear Kelly: Mighty Plugs are a perfect combination of beeswax, lanolin, and cotton. This makes them completely customizable. If you are getting any in your hair, it is because they haven't been prepared properly and you haven't pushed the ear plug firm enough, IN and AGAINST your ear opening. It is sticking out of your ear too far. You can easily get the best results by either simply removing some of the material, reducing the size of the ear plug so that it matches the size of your ear opening or you can simply push & flatten the ear plug (a bit more firmly) IN and AGAINST your ear opening (until you feel it seal). Dear Mona: When you contacted us after 7 days, we said that your order will be arriving soon and to call us if it didn't. We hadn't heard from you in 2 & 1/2 weeks and we assumed that your order had arrived. Mona, we are furious with the post office for sending your order to the east coast when it was addressed to you in Texas. We sent it with tracking codes and there was no good reason that it got re-routed. I spoke with an post office agent in Texas and together we were able to locate your package. Your mail delivery person is delivering it to your house today. As you know, we shipped your order out immediately, and we sent it to the correct address. The error was not ours. We did our best! Dear Dawn: Had you inserted them and allowed them to (seal) your ear, you would have surely noticed that are "extremely effective"! The very slight tackiness that you refer to as "sticky", is pure Lanolin, a fine nurturing natural product for skin that is necessary to help the ear plug stay (securely) in the ear canal and block out much. Re: the Beeswax fragrance: Most people overwhelmingly find it very very pleasant, yet if you do not enjoy the Beeswax fragrance, we can understand, for everyone has different tastes when it comes to fragrances Being all natural, we will not add any chemical or unnatural oils, and adding essential oils for fragrance can cause some allergic reactions. If blocking out sound is important to you, then I would urge you to insert our ear plug again, for there is no finer ear plug in the world in that department. Dear Unknown: On the contrary! They not only block out snoring, but they are the HIGHEST SOUND BLOCKING EAR PLUGS IN THE WORLD! BUT they will only work well if they are inserted CORRECTLY and SEAL THE EAR! Unknown, don't you dare give up on on this fabulous ear plug: Please follow the instructions exactly in the following paragraphs and you will then see why all the testimonials on our website page are true and accurate. Please allow this fine ear plug to have a fair test. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft, moldable and ready to insert, then it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat , long or narrow; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug FIRMLY, & FLATTEN it, (IN and AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL). IMPORTANT: If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals; now listen; you’ll hear very little or more likely no sound at all. It even gets better each time you wear them. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Dear Debra: No, just the opposite! In fact, almost everyone thinks they are "magnificent"! You may have not noticed or read, but our website page clearly states that our ultra-high blocking ear plug is made from BEESWAX, and the small amount of residue you feel is from pure LANOLIN. Lanolin in very very good and nurturing for the skin and it also helps the ear plug (seal) the ear and block out much. Debra, don't give up on this very fine superior ear plug. Please READ the instruction card that came with your order. Beeswax is a fine natural wax and Lanolin is good for the ear plug. Dear Olliegirl: We've sent you the highest blocking ear plug in the world. Yes, it is (soft and moldable) and surely not the same as a foam ear plug, but if you would have inserted the ear plug to where it (sealed) your ear canal; your review would have been 100% the opposite! Please follow the instructions below for inserting correctly and I promise you, you'll be in for a very very shocking pleasant surprise. 1. Just prior to insertion (work) or (knead) ONE ear plug somewhat vigorously through your fingers for 15 seconds to make it (soft), (moldable) and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Lanolin makes the ear plug (slightly tacky) so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. 2. Then using your index finger, push (Firmly) and (Flatten) the ear plug (IN) and (AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel it SEAL). IMPORTANT : If it doesn't seal immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will warm and seal the ear canal completely. 3.
