Dear Roger: We haven't had any other reports from the over 10,000 customers that received ear plugs from the same batch as you, but that surely (does not minimize) the value of your experience. Your experience is IMPORTANT to us! Roger, I assume that you are feeling or seeing the Pure Lanolin. You can easily minimize that by putting a good amount of either talcum powder or food starch in the cup of your hand and working that powder well into the ear plugs. That will surely absorb the Lanolin and reduce any residue that you feel. Please keep me posted as to your experience. We appreciate your loyalty. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Diane: Your experience is bewildering to us, for we all wear this exact same ear plug nightly, with some of us for over 14 years. We never had the ear plug "crumbling into tiny bits". in our ears. We have experienced some of the blue color residue come off when the ear plug is used for the first time; but our experience has no bearing on yours. Your experience and your satisfaction is of great importance to us. Diane, please refrain from using any more ear plugs from the pack that you have, for we are send you some (complimentary samples) from our latest pack. Dear Carol: That's an EASY FIX Simply push the ear plug in, ( a bit firmer and deeper) into the ear canal (until you feel the ear plug SEAL). Then, listen to the SILENCE. The ear plug needs to be a bit tacky or sticky to stay securely in the er and block out much. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Ron: That's an easy issue to fix! Simply push the ear plugs in a bit deeper into the ear canal, (until you feel them SEAL). Then listen to the silence.
