Other than riding on ice in a blizzard, wind noise is the most uncomfortable part of riding a motorcycle for me. I've tried conventional ear plugs without success. In fact, one type seems to amplify the noise. I knew the only thing I could do was completely block the wind. These plugs do exactly that. If you have a radio you might not be as enthusiastic about them. I don't have one and I sure don't want to listen to my riding buddies squawking about anything so these are ideal for me!

The best ear plugs on the market, even though expensive

I've used the usual ear plugs out there. I think I've tried most types and most brands over the years. But once I tried these, though, I stopped using anything else. They work hands down and block out the most sound out of all them. I buy the biggest pack now and not the "sample size" when I first tried them out. I'm a light sleeper and so sensitive to sound and light, I can't sleep unless it's pitch black and dead silent. So it might actually become the opposite problem and maybe sounds will be too faint for you (most sounds are cut out completely). For me, it's not a problem. I work it out so I can hear key sounds faintly. I can still wake up in the morning using my smart phone alarm. I just have to put it right next to me on my bed side shelf. If you're a heavy sleeper, this might be an issue. Anyway, I hope this review helps someone out there who might be looking for help with their sound problems. If you're wondering if these earplugs do what they claim, I can honestly say it's absolutely worth trying them out. They're not the same as the other earplugs.

Began using these earplugs a few years ago, after being given a pair by a friend. Use them under my helmet, while riding motorcycles. Also have very expensive custom earplugs for the same purpose, which I purchased a few years before being introduced to World's Finest Earplugs. Had I known about or tried the World's Finest Earplugs before buying the custom plugs, I would not have purchased the custom plugs and would have saved a lot of money. The Best Earplugs are equally as comfortable as the custom plugs and perform just as well. Great product and I now recommend them to anyone who asks what I use.
