Whoa Nicole! Don't get a divorce just yet !!!!! Our ultra-high blocking ear plugs work PERFECTLY and will block out ALL his snoring !!! Please follow the below instruction (exactly) and you will be able to keep your marriage. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow the next step. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) If it doesn't SEAL immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals, you’ll notice a big improvement. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Dear Not Good: On the contrary; our ULTRA-HIGH BLOCKING ear plug is a GREAT INVESTMENT !!! , WHEN YOU INSERT IT CORRECTLY and when you wear it at least 40 times & more. This Beeswax ear plug must be (worked or kneaded) between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (Soft and Moldable) and to ( disburse the Lanolin throughout the ear plug ). Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly 'tacky' so that it will stay securely in the ear at all times. If it became dislodged, it was because you didn't hold your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds to allow it to SEAL. NG, it is important that the ear plug SEAL the ear canal to BLOCK OUT MUCH! If you follow the instructions below for preparing and inserting, then I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised at how magnificently this superior ear plug performs for you. You will hear only SILENCE !!!! 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Dear Daniela: This magnificent ear plug did not work for you because you didn't insert it sufficiently by (pushing it and flattening it ) IN and AGAINST your ear opening (until you felt the ear plug SEAL the ear canal) The ear plug protruded out too far and your hair got involved with it. Daniela, please go back to our web page and see the video on inserting, or please read the instruction card that came with your order and lastly please read the following instructions: If you do, you'll have a pleasant surprise awaiting you. 1. On Sue: Over 6 million very very satisfied wearers (around the world) wear our SAFE ULTRA-Strong Beeswax HIGH BLOCKING ear plug SUCCESSFULLY (every day). It's almost impossible to achieve what you claim to have experienced because our ear plug is held together very well with very strong cotton fibers. One would have to pinch it very very hard to break it apart. Sue, how did the ear plug travel all the way to your ear drum??? Sue, if what you report is true, then we are (sad) to hear of your ordeal and surely understand your anger. We are surprised that you didn't contact our office to report your experience or ask us what to do. On a similar issue, should the woman who became famous (some years ago), for spilling HOT coffee on herself, warn the public to not drink coffee or that coffee is not safe???????????
