Dear Robert: Most people LOVE the fragrance of BEESWAX! " NO USE ": ON THE CONTRARY, our ear plugs are ESPECIALLY USEFUL & even CRITICAL for those needing to sleep or block out loud music or even SEAL out water !!! Robert, they will diminish (ALL) loud music, (( IF )) you insert them as I describe below: 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take (( ONE )) ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Lanolin makes the ear plugs a bit "tacky" so that they stay SEALED in the ear canal and BLOCK OUT MUCH. 2. Now that it is moldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat (firmly), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL. IMPORTANT !!!! If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL the ear canal, not protrude out from the ear and block out superbly. 3. Now take (( the other ear plug )), prepare it the (same way and insert it exactly the same way) as the first ear plug. With them both SEALING---NOW LISTEN TO THE SILENCE !!! and the absence of LOUD MUSIC. Robert, we'll be with you (( all the way )) until these are working PERFECTLY FOR YOU. Oh Margo: Just the opposite. They're MAGNIFICENT !!! The most positive result that will come from your comments is that new customers can see that we are an 'honorable' company, and that we invite ALL COMMENTS regardless of whether they are Pro or Con. The irony is that we have sent you the HIGHEST BLOCKING Ear Plug in the WORLD, And they are such a great value that you can wear each pair 40-50 TIMES, but you need instruction on (preparing it for insertion) and then (inserting it correctly). The ear plug is obviously (protruding out too far) and getting involved with your hair. We have never "stuffed clay in our ears" so we can't quite relate to that comment, plus we don't recommend doing that. Margo, there is a video on our webpage ( earplugsonline.com ) that would be helpful; plus there is an instruction card that came along with your order, and lastly please feel free to phone us at the office, for we all wear this exact same ear plug every night. Dear Corrine: On the contrary, our Mighty Plug Ear plugs are much better than GOOD, they are GREAT !!! In fact, you can wear them 35-45 times, making them the BEST VALUE of any ear plug in the world !!! Corrine, Beeswax is the finest natural (sound suppression) product that one can use as an earplug. In fact it is 10 times more effective that foam. if you don't insert our Beeswax ear plug in CORRECTLY to where it SEALS the ear canal, then it will not perform well. Please follow the insertion instructions below for allowing our ear plug to SEAL the ear canal, and you'll be pleasantly shocked !!! I promise you !!! You'll throw those imitation ear plugs made from Foam away and never use them again. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) If it doesn't SEAL immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals, you’ll notice a big improvement. 4. Dear David: On the CONTRARY!!! These are the BEST ear plugs EVER MADE !!! There is a video on our website on inserting and an instruction card that came with your order. Re: Her Hair: the reason the ear plugs got involved with Mrs H hair is because she didn't insert or flatten the ear plug enough, and it was protruding outward from the ear too far. Re: comfort: They are soft and moldable; and known to be the most comfortable ear plug ever made. Possibly the ear plug inserted as is, was too large for her ear canal. Most women pinch off about 1/3rd and insert a smaller size. Re: noise block out: You have the HIGHEST BLOCKING ear plug in the world, but it will only work when they are inserted correctly and SEALING the ear canal David, have Mrs. Heyman follow these directions (( exactly )) and you will both change you mind to the positive about this wonderful ultra-high blocking ear plug. 1. Howard this is the SAME EAR PLUG that you liked and that we shipped you before. Howard, as you know, we are an (( honorable )) company who invites ALL comments and reviews, regardless if they are positive or negative. EVERY REVIEW WE PUBLISH IS 100% TRUE AND ACCURATE. !! In defense of our superior ear plug, I must say that we too wear the same ear plugs that we sent you, and they are ((( many many many ))) times better than the "cheap swimming ear plugs" you mention. Our soft and moldable ear plugs SEAL the ear canal 100% What happened this time? I honestly don't know. This ear plug should have SEALED your ear canal and I assume that you must have had some difficulty sealing??????
