Oh Karen: ON THE CONTRARY !!! The scent of natural BEESWAX is beautiful to almost everyone. We have over 6 million daily wearers around the world that LOVE our EAR PLUG. Dear Judy: THAT’S AN EASY FIX !!! You will be able to block him all out !!! Here’s why and here's how !!! The reason you can still hear your husband snoring is because you did not (push or flatten) the ear plug FIRMLY ENOUGH in and against the ear opening, and it didn't ((( SEAL ))) the ear canal. It (protruded) out too far and made contact with your hair. Please follow the instructions below and you'll hear nothing but SILENCE!!! 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Now that it is moldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat (firmly), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL. If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL the ear canal, not protrude out from the ear and it will block out the snoring superbly. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the (same way) and insert it (exactly the same way) as the first ear plug. Now, listen to the SILENCE!!! NO MORE SNORING !!!!!!! Oh David: ON THE CONTRARY !!! We've sent you the FINEST ear plug on the planet, and yet you report back with this "strange" experience. We and 6 million others wear our magnificent safe ear plugs every day with complete success, so we are very surprised at your experience. David, there are 2 issues worth questioning: 1: If you would have inserted our ear plugs to where they SEALED your ear canals, then you would have experienced them BLOCKING OUT " MUCH MORE" SOUND then you claim. 2. Secondly, if you did not try to push the ear plugs so far into your ear canal, then you could have EASILY removed them, for they are held together well with very strong cotton fibers. Our ear plugs are not meant to be pushed into your brain !!!; just against your ear openings, until you feel them seal !!! Thirdly, your report is "questionable" at best, for until this review came to us today, our office ( HAD NOT ) received ANY communication from you regarding your experience, Almost always, a customer with any issue will contact our office by phone or e-mail. Dear Michelle: We are not surprised !!! Michelle, if one doesn't prepare and insert our Ultra-High Blocking Beeswax Ear Plug (CORRECTLY), they WILL NOT WORK !!! Michelle, you have to insert them CORRECTLY to where they SEAL your ear canals. Please follow the instructions below EXACTLY and you'll be very very pleasantly surprised at how well they block out (all) his snoring!!!
