Wel they take away the noise so I can sleep after my nightshifts, but they make my ears very sore and red and in constant pain.

Unfortunately didnt solve issue
My wife who complains that my snoring is VERY bad said there was an improvement with the earplugs but they did not dampen the sound enough for her to be able to ignore it.

3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you will notice a big improvement.
4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out.

No bueno.
Maybe meant for people with bigger ears? They are too big and I could barely get them in my ears let alone create a suction. They also leave a weird residue in your fingers. When I purchased them I didn't know it would be like putting play dough in my ears. Definitely not something I can make any use of.

The ear plug is meant for all ages, but one much pinch of whatever material necessary to create the PERFECT size for their individual ear canal.

They did not work as well as advertised.
My wife used them and she could still hear me snoring. We still cannot sleep together well. I will awaken her when I start snoring if I'm still in the bed. Basically the product no better than other ear plugs.

Did not work for spouse snoring.
I had reservations as to their claims that they worked well for snoring, but I was desparate enough to try them anyway. They did reduce the volume, but the snoring still came through loud and clear. I wish that they had offerred a money-back guarantee, but they did not, so I knew the risk that I was taking. If this is the world's finest ear plug, then no ear plug can block out a loud snore.
My disappointment and my loss.

Gutted that these simply dont work :(
I had really high expectations of these ear plugs after reading so many good reviews, but was totally gutted when I tried them and they didn't work. They are like a glorified version of blue-tack and after numerous tries of getting them right, I have given up. Some simple instructions were given, but it was a no-go for me. I spent about $100US on them, so if you are buying them just get one pair to try to see if they work first.
The communication from the company was really good, as was speed of postage, but be cautious, just buy a sample pair to see if they work first!!!

As you have read from all the verifiable testimonials about our fine ear plug, that just about everyone "loves" the ear plug and appreciates how well they work, yet on the rare occasion, customers like yourself do not simply knead the ear plug for 15 seconds just prior to insertion to make it soft and moldable and easy to insert.
Secondly, for smaller ear canals, the ear plug material should be pinched off to make it smaller and again customers attempt to insert too large an ear plug.
This wonderful ear plug works perfectly and does the job. Please contact our office and we will walk you through kneading it and inserting it correctly.

Ridiculously slow delivery
The ear plugs took weeks to arrive, ridiculously slow, whatever the reason for the slow delivery, altogether unacceptable

The delay was not caused by us. UK customs has been delaying our parcels that arrive in the UK for weeks at a time. We shipped your order within 24 hours of receiving it. On your next order, please tell us of the earlier delivery time of your previous order and we will issue you a special discount and send your order via Fed-Ex with arrival in jut 2-3 days. Fed-Ex gets through customs very quickly.
