Dear Jan: THEY'RE BETTER THAN YOU THINK ! First of all! All the reviews are authentic, honest and complete! Jan, for our ear plug to work PERFECTLY, it must be (prepared and inserted) correctly. Please, please follow the instructions below exactly, and afterwards you'll "sing us praise"! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug FIRMLY, & FLATTEN it, (IN and AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen; you’ll hear very little or most likely no sound at all. It even gets better each time you wear them. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Jan, your success with our ear plug is important to us. Dear Annette: We haven't received any similar reports for about 5 months; yet as you know, we are an honorable company and we invite ALL reports, whether good or bad. Annette, I've been with the company for 12 years and I can safely say that we may receive a similar report in 1 out of every 250,000 customers who have been using our 'natural' ear plugs for years; and then all of a sudden they become sensitive or allergic to them. We ask them ONE question, and invariably the answer is always the same. Are you taking any pharmaceutical medications concurrently????????? They almost always answer YES. Annette, we have noticed a similarity that when people are taking some medications, it can make them sensitive or allergic to something they were never allergic to before. Our all natural ear plug is made from Filtered Beeswax, Sterile cotton, Purified Lanolin and the blue color is Vegetable based food coloring. Dear Joseph: No, you don't have to mould our Beeswax ear plugs; but being made form Beeswax, you do have to (work or knead) the ear plugs between your fingers for 15 seconds to make them (soft and mouldable). Yes, Beeswax, when not in your ear at body temperature, will firm a bit. Once they are (soft and mouldable), you simply (push and flatten) the ear plugs IN and AGAINST your ear opening until you feel the ear plugs SEAL. Once they are inserted, you've got the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG IN THE WORLD doing what it does best; BLOCKING OUT!! Joseph. do you want an ear plug to block out ALL or ALMOST ALL of the sound?????? If you answer YES, then that's what you have! It's what we've sent you. Just listen to the silence! Now, if you want an ear plug that blocks out just "a little" sound; then you want to order or buy "Foam" ear plugs. You don't have (work or knead) foam ear plugs, you simply put the abrasive little foam ear plugs in your ear (( and hope )) that they will (expand), fill your ear and block out. Dear Mark: "Too expensive" NO WAY! Our 'beeswax' and 'lanolin' ultra-high blocking ear plugs are a ""fabulous value""! Each pair can be worn from 30-40 times and more!; and more importantly; THEY DO THE JOB !!! Mark, you think that natural Beeswax and Pure Lanolin are "low cost materials"???????? We wish that it was true! We make our ear plugs from 'beeswax' because 'beeswax' is a magnificent 'natural' sound blocking, waterproof wax product and lanolin is a wonderful nurturing product for human skin. Mark, "foam" is a low cost material, and as you probably already know; foam ear plugs DON'T WORK!!!! Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Kirstie: Do you want to block out (ALL) his snoring????? If YES, then please follow the instructions below for exactly for (preparing and inserting) our ear plug!!!! Our ultra-high blocking ear plug is PERFECT for BLOCKING OUT SNORING!!! It's 100 times better than so called, "normal" ear plugs!!! 1. Just prior to insertion, take ONE ear plug at a time and prepare it by (working or kneading) it between your fingers for 15 seconds to make it soft and mouldable. 2. Then push and flatten it a bit (firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening (UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUG SEAL your ear). If it doesn't SEAL immediately, simply keep your finger pressed against the ear plug with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will SEAL. 3. Then take the other ear plug, prepare it sufficiently and insert it the same way. That's it.!!! Once inserted to where they are sealing the ears, you will most likely hear NOTHING! Dear Joe: Please insert our ear plugs IN & AGAINST your ear openings (firmly) enough to where they SEAL your ear canals. Once inserted correctly, you will find that they block out much more sound than any foam ear plug can possibly do. I ride too and I use them exclusively. They work perfectly. You'll see! Dear John: I'm using CAPITALIZATION to bring your attention to important words. SEALING--SEALING--SEALING the ear canals! Ironically, that is our ear plug's strongest accomplishment. Our Beeswax, mouldable ear plug, when inserted ( CORRECTLY ), SEALS the ear canal TOTALLY, COMPLETELY 100%. Once SEALED; it is IMPOSSIBLE for water to enter the inner ear! John, we take ONE ear plug at a time and prepare the ear plug just prior to insertion by (working or kneading) it between our fingers for 15 seconds to make it soft and mouldable. We then push it a bit (firmly) & (Flatten) it, IN and AGAINST the ear opening (UNTIL WE FEEL THE EAR PLUG SEAL). If it doesn't SEAL immediately, we simply keep our finger pressed against the ear plug with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will SEAL. We, then take the other ear plug, prepare it sufficiently and insert it the same way. John, please don't give up on our ear plug. It truly is the finest ear plug in the world for sealing out water. Dear Jennifer: No maybes about it!!! They work perfectly for us and over 5 million daily wearers around the world. They will work for you!!! IF you follow the (preparation) and (insertion) instructions in the card that was included with your order or if you view the video on our website and/or the website link "to insert and remove" that is on our website. Jennifer, first of all, I can tell that you haven't (kneaded) the ear plug sufficiently prior to insertion to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Secondly, I can tell that the ear plug is too large for your ear canal. Please, after it is soft and mouldable; pinch off about 1/3rd and insert the remaining 2/3rds. Now you'll get it to SEAL and really block out ! Thirdly, please follow these instructions below and you will have TOTAL SUCCESS! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, mouldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” or slightly " sticky"; so that it stays securely in the ear canal and SEALS it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn’t matter what shape it is; round, flat , long or narrow; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of the index finger, push the ear plug FIRMLY, & FLATTEN it, (IN and AGAINST) the ear opening (until you feel a GOOD SEAL). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t SEAL immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen; you'll hear very little or most likely no sound at all. It even gets better each time you wear them. 4.
