Dear John: I too wear this exact ear plug every night to block out my husband's snoring and the TV that he like to watch in bed. Dear Andi: The quality has not changed over the years. If anything it is better today. 1. Regarding our response to your e-mail. Our company is closed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). You being in Australia, sent it thinking that it would arrive to us on a business day, but it arrived to us on Saturday and our weekend customer service doesn't answer e-mails until Sunday afternoon. 2. Regarding the condition that the ear plugs arrived in; surely does not make any sense to us, for that was not how they were sent out to you; but as you mentioned, our guarantee on returns is for 100% satisfaction and we encourage our customers to return or exchange the ear plugs. We often even enclose a free gift to our customers for their inconvenience. 3. Yes, you contacted PayPal over the weekend and when we were able to contact you on Monday, you again contacted PayPal to end the dispute. Dear Elizabeth: Your assertion and your doctor's assessment are totally incorrect. You say that you want a 'ventilated' ear plug and have it 'block out' sound or seal out water. That is unrealistic and surely unnecessary. Jill, our fine ear plug already comes protected with a 'natural protectant' that makes it totally anti fungal, anti bacterial and anti microbial. I've been wearing this magnificent all natural ear plug every night for the past 12 years and we presently have over 5 million daily users around the world. Never in the 12 years that I have been with the company has anyone ever associated our ear plug with 'fungi' or stated that the ear plugs caused sweat to build up in the ear.
