Dear 'NOT Happy AT All: Usually, when we hear from customers expressing dissatisfaction, we almost always can easily "help" them by instructing them (( HOW TO )) insert these ultra-high blocking Beeswax ear plugs CORRECTLY !!!; and in 99.9% or the time; IT WORKS !!! ;>>>>The customer "get's it" and they are grateful for the help we gave them BUT; this time it's different; there is so much missunderstanding, that I feel that the best help I can give you, is to show you how to "get a refund", We are an honorable company with a fine caring customer "guarantee". Dear one; I want to add that we too feel some sadness and frustration for not clearly illustrating the correct procedure for preparing and inserting this fine ear plug; but above all, for not being able to satisfy your trust and your needs. Dear Vaishali: ON THE CONTRARY !!! Our Ear Plugs will work PERFECTLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT>>>>>>>>>>>You have to INSERT them so that they SEAL---SEAL---YES SEAL your ear canals !!!!!!!! Vaishali, please follow the below instructions EXACTLY, and you'll be very pleasantly SURPRISED !!! 1. Just before insertion, take (( ONE )) ear plug at a time, and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at least ( 15-20 ) seconds to make our Beeswax ear plug, (soft and mouldable). NOW. if you ear canals are smaller, you may want to pinch some off to make a slightlysmaller ear plug. 2. Then push and flatten it, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug (( SEAL )), yes (( SEAL )) your ear canal. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't SEAL immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY; and be sure to push them in far enough so that the (( whole ear plug )) is in your canal; plus if the ear plugs are too big, then pinch off a little and re-insert them. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. With both ears SEALED, (( NOW )) LISTEN TO THE SILENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dear Susan: THEY WILL (( FIT )) you PERFECTLY !!! They are simply TOO LARGE for you as they are !!! Susan, just as it says on the instruction card that came with your order; after (kneading or working) these Beeswax ear plugs through your fingers or hands for 15-20 seconds>>>> to make them SOFT AND MOULDABLE, then simply (( pinch off )) about 1/3rd to 1/2 of the ear plug and insert a smaller ear plug. Please follow these exact instructions below: 1. Just before insertion, take (( ONE )) ear plug at a time, and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at least ( 15-20 ) seconds to make our Beeswax ear plug, (soft and mouldable). NOW pinch some off to make a smaller ear plug. 2. Then push and flatten it, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug (( SEAL )), yes (( SEAL )) your ear canal. Oh Jeanne: This is EASY to FIX !!!!!--------VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Our magnificent "Mighty Plugs" are made from BEESWAX !!! BEESWAX is relatively FIRM. Jeanne, just prior to insertion, you must ( WORK or KNEAD ) the ear plugs through your fingers or hands for 15-20 seconds. They will then become ( SOFT AND MOULDABLE ). Only at that time do you insert them!!!!!!!! Secondly, Jeanne, most women feel that the ear plug is a bit too large and they pinch off a little material. You too can create the PERFECT size for your own ear canal. We all wear them every day and night. They are the most comfortable ear plug in the world. You'll see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
