Dear Isabel: Here's how to block out ALL his snoring sounds. Simply push the ear plug in, ( a bit firmer and deeper) into the ear canal (until you feel the ear plug SEAL). It must SEAL to block out well Then, listen to the SILENCE. The ear plug needs to be a bit tacky or sticky to stay securely in the ear and block out much. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

When inserting this soft moldable ((Beeswax)) ear plug, just push it in a bit firmly IN, AGAINST & INTO the ear canal >>>> until you feel the ear plug SEALING the ear canal. The pure Lanolin in the ear plug makes it slightly "tacky" so that it stays securely SEALED in the ear canal until your ready to remove it. D. McCuistion, insert the ear plugs like I described above and you notice a big difference in the ear plug's ability to stay sealed. Oh Kenny! THAT'S AN EASY FIX!!! Your not inserting the ear plug (deep enough) into your ear canal, so it is PROTRUDING and getting involved with your pillowcase and not blocking out well! Kenny, please follow the instructions below (exactly) and you'll have the best blocking ear plug in the world doing what it does best; BLOCKING OUT!!!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and ( work it or knead it ) thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it ( soft and malleable ) When the ear plug is soft and malleable, then it’s ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug & FLATTEN it ( IN---- AGAINST ) and (INTO) your ear canal, ( until you feel a GOOD SEAL ). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t (SEAL) immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, until it will ((SEAL)) well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. DAVID This is IMPORTANT: Mighty Plugs must be (kneaded or worked) between your fingers or hands for 15-20 seconds before inserting them. Once they are (SOFT AND MOLDABLE), thern you insert them!!!!!!!!!!!!! It also sounds as if the ear plug is TOO LARGE for your ear canal. David, pinch off a little and insert a smaller ear plug. Then see how it feels! Dear Carrie: One thing for sure; you are not allowing our ear plug to SEAL your ear canal. If you did, you wouldn't hear him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus they would be into your ear canal and your hair could not get involved with the ear plug. Please follow these instructions below ( exactly ) and you'll block out that snoring!!! 1.
