Beware this company! I ordered earplugs from the UK in September and was informed, after the money had been taken and the earplugs were "on their way" that they'd just discovered the international postal rates had gone up; in order to get what had already been promised, more money was required. I decided to cancel and, after some prompting, got the money back but not as much in sterling as I'd paid. In December, when I'd actually run out of earplugs, I ordered some again and exactly the same thing happened. I tried to communicate with the person in charge but he'd clearly been misinformed and was unaware that I'd put in a second order. Yes again, there was a delay in getting the money back and yet again I ended up out of pocket (not least because they refused to pay for the bank's foreign currency fee even though it was entirely their choice to renege on the contract). I wrote several times to ask for an explanation as their policy is clearly unacceptable but none came. Greedy and shifty, I'm afraid and, if Trust Pilot would like see all the documentation, I'd be happy to provide it.

Ordered and paid then then emailed we a week later saying they wanted another $12 due to post cost. I already made the purchase and they should have just honored that. Fine if you need to raise prices but do it to new paying customers. Ear plugs are good and work well.

Ordered on 14th March 2022 in U.K. and still not received in July 2022! Shockingly bad customer service. I have asked for refund and am being ignored! Scammers!!

They have not replied to me so in the end I've been forced to write this review to lodge my dissatisfaction. I won't shop with them again but maybe they'll read this and not treat other loyal customers as idiotically as they did with me. I have used mighty plugs for years. Bought their earplugs from Snorestore, Amazon and then directly from them for 10 years. Maybe 200 pairs of earplugs were bought in that time period. So maybe £1000 or something I've spent on their products. Not a small amount by any stretch. I just set up subscribe and save. They didn't deliver it and unilaterally cancelled my order because the shipping price increased by $12. I bought earplugs from them at a specific price and rather than fulfilling my order they just cancelled it and won't reply to me asking for more information. Their website has the old price I paid and I asked why that was. I.e. why are you telling me the shipping price has increased for me but you're still selling it at the old price on the website? A fair question I think. It's been 6 days and they are still selling it at the old shipping price of $9.95. I have all screenshots and emails for proof. The customer service via email was also confusing and frustrating and I wish I could post screenshots of just how irritating and confusing it was. The shipping cost increase was not the issue. The cancelling my order unilaterally, having dreadful customer service and not selling what we agreed to is. I have no issue with subsequent prices for shipping increasing because the market rate has gone up. But we agreed to a price and I paid it, so if you haven't sent the product quickly enough and the shipping price has increased since then that's on you. Such a damn shame they have gone downhill for a very loyal customer. I won't shop with them again and found a rival product from Amazon that has better reviews. I tried to rectify it with them but they won't reply. Currently, they are selling goods with shipping prices that they have no intention of fulfilling.

I got really excited about these so I bought the big pack, as my cats get really loud at night. But honestly, they were a complete waste of money. They don't block out a lot of sound, they leave blue residue on and on my ear, they stick to my hair, they get so gooey by morning that I'm always terrified they're going to get stuck in my ear (thankfully that hasn't happened, but I got close today). The $3 foam ones from Walmart are a better option.

Claim to block out snoring but my experience is that they do not
