thought they did a good job of blocking sound. Plastic case needs to be bigger. Once you get to molding them around the case isn't big enough

I really like these earplugs. They’re very comfortable and easy to insert in your ear.

I like the ear plugs better than the soft foam ones, they deaden a lot of the sound and are pretty comfortable.

The earplugs are okay. They do lower the volume of the music at the gym, but only somewhat. I was hoping they would block more sound than I’ve experienced with them. They are comfortable to wear and I will continue to wear them until worn out/dried up. Not sure I will order more. **Update: I received an email after my review from a company team member who gave me specific instructions to ‘squish’ the plugs for 20 seconds before inserting in my ear. The ear plugs certainly block more sound (due to being more malleable). Of course, now I can hear my heartbeat and breath and sometimes I feel like I’m inside a well. But after 5 minutes or so, I don’t notice it as much. :)
