Dear Edward: Our ultra-high blocking Beeswax ear plug WILL BLOCK IT (( ALL )) OUT when she inserts our ear plug CORRECTLY to where it (( SEALS )) the ear canal !!!!! Please have her follow these instructions below ((exactly)) and she won't hear you !!!!!!!: 1. Just before insertion, take ( ONE ) ear plug at a time, and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at least ( 15-20 ) seconds to make the ear plug, (soft and moldable); and to disburse the blue lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Then push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST the ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ) (SEAL) (SEAL) your ear canal. It needs to SEAL the ear to block out much. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't (( SEAL )) immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY; and be sure to push them in far enough so that the (( whole ear plug )) is in your canal. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. With both ears SEALED, ( NOW ) LISTEN TO (( SILENCE )) !!!!!! Dear Meg: Your issue is completely INCORRECT INSERTION !!! 1. IF one DOES NOT (( INSERT )) Our Ear Plug to where it (( SEALS )) the ear canal, then the noise reduction will be (( " " minimal " ))! 2. IF one DOES NOT (( PUSH )) Our Ear Plug far enough into the ear canal and allows it (( to PROTRUDE )) then the hair can get involved with the ear plug.
